Munch Brownies is a London, ON-based business specializing in stuffed brownie slabs with customizable messages and unique, seasonal flavours. We ship across Canada to satisfy your sweet tooth wherever you are!

2. Where are you located?
We are based in London, Ontario, but we operate as an online business, shipping our brownies Canada-wide.

Ordering & Customization

4. How do I place an order?
Visit our website, select your favourite brownie flavour, add your custom message, and check out. It’s that simple!

5. Can I customize my brownie slab?
Yes! Each brownie slab can feature a personalized message written in chocolate letters. Messages can fit up to 3 rows, with a maximum of 25 characters total. Keep your message short, sweet, and impactful!

6. Can I order multiple slabs with different messages?
Of course! Add one customized brownie slab to your cart, and then repeat the process for additional slabs with unique messages.

7. Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Not yet, but we’re working on it! Stay tuned for updates.

Shipping & Delivery

8. Where do you ship?
We ship Canada-wide using Stallion Express to ensure reliable delivery.

9. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

10. How long does delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days once shipped. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for us to prepare your order.

11. How are the brownies packaged?
Our brownies are packaged in insulated materials to maintain freshness and securely boxed to ensure they arrive intact. Our packaging is cute and gift-worthy, perfect for any occasion!

12. Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

13. Can I pick up my order locally?
We don’t currently offer local pickup, but it’s something we’ll be adding soon. Stay tuned!

Returns & Refunds

14. Can I return my order?
Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

15. What if my brownies arrive damaged?
If your brownies arrive damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@munchbrownies.com with photos of the damage, and we’ll work to make it right.

16. What are your current flavours?
Our flavours change seasonally to keep things exciting! Check out our website or follow us on social media for updates.

17. Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
At this time, we do not offer gluten-free or vegan options. Our products may also contain allergens like nuts, dairy, and eggs.

18. How big is a brownie slab?
Each brownie slab is 7x7 inches, serving approximately 8-10 people depending on portion size.

19. How should I store my brownies?
For freshness, keep your brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or refrigerate for up to 10 days. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months.

20. What kind of messages can I put on my brownie?
Feel free to get creative, but keep your message under 21 characters total (including spaces) across a maximum of 3 rows. We do reserve the right to reject offensive or inappropriate content, so keep it fun and positive!

21. How are the messages written?
Messages are written using chocolate letters, each about 1 inch in size, laid out beautifully on your brownie slab.

Not yet, but our packaging is already designed to be cute and gift-worthy! Gift packaging options may be added in the future.
