Shipping Across Canada

We’ve partnered with Stallion Express to offer reliable and affordable shipping Canada-wide. Whether you’re in a bustling city or a cozy small town, we’ll ensure your brownies arrive safely.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We work hard to keep shipping affordable by leveraging Stallion Express’s discounted rates.
  • Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days once shipped, depending on your location.
  • Processing Time: We handcraft and package every order with care! Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your brownies are shipped.

Packaging & Freshness

To ensure your brownies arrive in perfect condition:

  • We use secure, insulated packaging to maintain freshness during transit.
  • All shipments are placed in a protective outer box to prevent damage during delivery.

Returns & Refunds

At Munch Brownies, all sales are final. Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order—such as receiving the wrong item or if your brownies arrive damaged—please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@munchbrownies.com. We’ll review your case and, if necessary, provide a replacement or issue a partial refund as store credit.

2. Do you offer express shipping?
At this time, we do not offer express shipping, but we’re constantly working to improve our delivery options.

3. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

4. What if my brownies arrive damaged?
While we take every precaution to package your order securely, sometimes things happen during transit. If your brownies arrive damaged, please contact us at hello@munchbrownies.com within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right!
